Yoga is a sacred tradition meant to discover who we really are in spiritual dimension by creating more connection with the body, mind and breath. The breath is the vehicle that carries your true nature. Staying close to your breath can be your most intimate relationship as you navigate poses on and off the mat. Studying multiple yogic disciplines over the past 20 years allows me to create custom practices devoted to the individual aspirations of each client.

Offering Hatha based styles with Iyengar alignments in Vinyasa, Modified Ashtanga, Iyengar, Restorative and Viniyoga. Expect an experience of meditation in action as you cultivate diligence and faith in your practice. My devotion to you in each moment pushes you gracefully into the limitless potential that you are.
